To establish a fund which will provide an avenue for donations by members of the Indian community to other organizations and also for applying memorials, gifts, bequests etc. |

| ELIGIBILITY FOR FUNDING |

To be eligible for funding, the program has to be located in the Greater Memphis area.

The organization receiving funding must have a 501(c)(3) status. (charity organization) |
