Gopi is currently Group Manager of Technical Services for International Paper in Memphis. He currently works in the division that is responsible for the manufacture of printing papers used in copiers, offset presses, envelopes, forms etc.

He joined International Paper in 1970 upon graduation with a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

He lives in Germantown with his wife Sheila.  They have two children and two grandchildren.  His hobbies include travel, gardening and cooking.
